Description

Document Center Suite consists of 5 software applications designed for Quaedvlieg Juristen. What started with a small client registration application is now a full fledged software suite which is capable of creating and maintaining client information, product information, integrated automatic documentation generation and usage, data retrieval, website integration and a lot more. Document Center Suite consists of 5 applications each designed for a specific goal.

Document Center Online 1.2

Document Center Online is the main application of the suite. Document Center Online can be used to create and organise client information, product information and financial information. This software package is used to complete the whole workflow of creating a client, selling products and maintaining relations. A more complete overview:

  • client information: You are able to create new clients, save a lot of information, change and delete clients.
  • Product information: You are able to attach several products to clients and you can adjust all product parameters. All documents needed to request new products to sell are also available.
  • Documents: MS Word documents can be used to automatically retrieve all data stored by the application. Doing this enables to automatically print all sorts of documents for a single client or at multiple clients. This feature enables a high-speed document workflow.
  • Document Packages: Documents can also be combined into a package. Just one click away of printing out all documents needed for a product or a process.
  • User accounts: User accounts can be used to set a high security. Each module in the application can be set available per user.
  • Multiple databases: An unlimited amount of databases can be used with Document Center Online. You are able to adjust every detail on a database level, enabling that different documents will be used for different databases for example.
  • Online Features: Document Center Online has several features like importing online orders and importing online client form information that integrates the application in website usage.
  • High search functionality: All data is searchable and with several tools you can retrieve lists of every combination of information one requires.
  • client profiles: Information can be accessed and stored by client profiles. clients that only request information and clients that buy products can be separated this way and different actions can be done for each profile.
  • Quick links: A collection of quickbuttons is available to set heavily used actions or documents under a button so that only one click is needed to execute that process.
  • Financial control: All financial data can be used to create overviews or to print payment requests. Reports are automatically created for several needs.
  • Employee administration: A set of functions to maintain a database of employees is available which also can be linked to clients and product for all sorts of reasons.
  • Log functionality: Several log-profiles can be set to log usage of the application.
  • Themes: Document Center Online is customizable by using themes. These themes can also be created using the theme-creator. Useful for company colors and logos.
FrontOffice 1.1

FrontOffice is a simplified version of Document Center Online adjusted to fulfil the specific needs of the front office. The application can be used on a mobile device such as a laptop to be able to add new clients and handle all actions that can be done for a client. A complete overview:

  • Wizard driven: FrontOffice uses wizards for all options. This creates a fast and easy to overview workflow which is often a highly needed feature when in contact with clients.
  • client information: You are able to create new clients.
  • Product information: You are able to attach several products to clients and you are able to adjust all product parameters.
  • User accounts: Using this application can only be done by authorized user using a users login system. Setting the users can only be done using Document Center Online.
  • Multiple databases: An unlimited amount of databases can be used with Document Center FrontOffice. You are able to adjust every detail on a database level, enabling that different documents will be used for different databases for example.
  • Financial control: Financial functions needed with selling products or with other transactions are available.
  • Log functionality: Several log-profiles can be set to log usage of the application.
  • Themes: Document Center Online is customizable by using themes. These themes can also be created using the theme-creator.
UpdateServices 1.0

To ensure that you have the most updated version of Document Center Suite we have created UpdateServices. It is simple in design but powerful in ensuring the best support for Document Center Suite. A complete overview:

  • Update functionality: UpdateServices can be configured to only update services installed on the device. It retrieves a list of available updates and the user can decide whether to install the updates.
  • Startup features: UpdateServices can be configured to automatically install updates at Microsoft Windows startup or to notify the user of new updates.
  • Log functionality: Several log-profiles can be set to log usage of the application.
Database Manager 2.0

To enable more functionality and adjusting some custom data for Document Center Online or Document Center FrontOffice, Database Manager offers a bunch of useful tools. This application is able to create or alter every Document Center Suite related database found on the local network. A complete overview:

  • Basic functionality: You can create, change and delete databases, tables, attributes and records. You can view content of specific databases. SQL can be unleashed on the database without restrictions.
  • Extended features: Several Document Center Suite specific features are available.
  • Log functionality: Several log-profiles can be set to log usage of the application.
BackupServices 1.0

BackupServices is a useful application to ensure that your valuable data is never lost. Useful functions to backup the data to email, remote location or at a local location. A complete overview:

  • Local backups: Backups of the databases can be created locally using automatic backups or manual backups.
  • External backups: Backups of the databases can be created externally using automatic backups or manual backups. This can be done to an email address or to an external address.
  • Automatic backups: BackupServices can be configured to automatically backup important information daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
  • Cleaning tools: One click and our intelligent software determines which backups can be deleted and which not to empty space on the backup device.
  • Log functionality: Several log-profiles can be set to log usage of the application.
